Legos? You bet! But what to do with the leftovers at the bottom of the bin? We like the Brickit App for kids and teens on the Autism Spectrum who might need some ideas for how to use the bread-crumb legos they're left with after a build. I think back to my obsession with legos and pirate ships as a kid, and the Brickit App is a nice tool to add to your parenting toolkit for when ideas run out. It might also be a way to start a build if you and your child aren't sure where to begin (task initiation skill) or how to add more time working with manipulatives and building hand-eye coordination. Good luck and keep building!
