Cosplay Conventions are back! During the Covid-19 pandemic, it seemed that public parks were the only safe places for anime meet-ups, LARPing, and cosplay (as far as we saw). Nothing beats getting together with likeminded fans of anime, graphic novels, Marvel movies, and video games.
The fastest way of checking upcoming conventions are to google "cosplay conventions" followed by the city or state you live in. We found conventions large and small around the US, and these seem to grow in number each year. As always, check the cosplay rules and guidelines so that you show respect to others and get respect, regardless of costume and clothing choices. Most conventions have rules regarding the age of children where parents need to be present at all times. Check rules ahead of time so you know that you and your kids will have a safe and awesome experience!
